We DO NOT Accept Cash Payments: For security reasons we DO NOT accept cash. Cheques are also not accepted. No cash is kept at our warehouse and will not be collect by the courier on delivery.

We do not do authority to leave if no one home at the time of delivery to apartments, townhouses and units as the courier wont have access into the premises unless instructions given by the buyer

We give tracking numbers to all online orders for you to track your parcels

For card payments we do not take Amex and someone from the office will be contacting you shortly to take card details or you can simply just call us or simply fill out your card details online.

Orders placed online before 3:30pm (AEST) during Business Days will be despatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed online after 3:30pm (AEST) during Business Days, Weekends, or Public Holidays will be dispatched from our warehouse the next Business Day. Delivery is then arranged as follows:

• The time taken from when your order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door is the EXPECTED shipping time. Shipping to some localities is expected next day after day of dispatch, other areas maybe 3 Business Days or more after day of dispatch. (Please check online courier with your tracking number)

• We do not GUARANTEE or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

• We will not delay dispatch and our Contract Courier will not hold your order to meet a future delivery date.

• We do not deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays.

• We do not deliver to Post Office addresses.

• The Contract Courier company will not call ahead to advise of delivery.
