MB Box Outlet does not accept refund if you simply just changed your mind or an incorrect/insufficient address has been provided by you(the customer).
If its MB Box Outlet’s error we will arrange the return of your purchase and replace your order or refund you in full. Goods must be returned in the same condition you received them.
Return freight will be at MB Box Outlet cost only when there has been an error on MB Box Outlet part. If the error is ours we will cover freight charges for the return of goods.
Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.
Of course, MB Box Outlet is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974)
All orders will be proceed within an hour’s time frame if the order was placed in between Monday and Friday(except public holidays) 9am-3.30pm.
If you changed your mind once we have despatched the goods we will have to charge you $40 cancellation fees as we will have to call couriers to return the order and we can not re-sell the order package.
Please choose carefully before you made the final payment as Mb box outlet work efficiently and act on fast service.
Please check your spam mail if you do not receive an email with tracking number after the day you purchase except public holiday or weekends(please check the next business day).
Please note if you have missed out on the delivery it is your (the customer) responsibility to call the courier to arrange a redelivery and the courier has up to 72 hours to complete the redelivery. If you do not arrange the redelivery within the couriers time frame and the goods has returned back to us(MB Box Outlet ) a re-freight fee will occur.
If you have decided not to have the goods referight to you after it’s been returned back to us we will have to take the freight charge out of the purchasing price and then do the refund.
